Welcome to our lovingly renovated holiday home in the heart of the countryside in the Stade region. Here, families will find peace and quiet, plenty of space, and everything they need for a relaxing holiday with children—both indoors and outdoors.

Our holiday home features a total of 9 rooms, two hallways, and a laundry room.

Sleeps up to 8 people
- Bedroom with a double bed (180 cm)
- Bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm each)
- Bedroom with a pull-out bed (up to 160 cm)
- Children’s room with a single bed (80 cm) and a bunk bed (80 × 150 cm)

A fully equipped, open-concept kitchen and a large dining table.

A cosy living room with a fireplace.

Currently, one bathroom with a shower.


Location & Excursions – Heinbockel

Our holiday home is located in a quiet, rural setting in Heinbockel, in the district of Stade—ideal for families who appreciate nature, tranquility, and a variety of excursion options.
Its location between Hamburg, Stade, Cuxhaven, and Bremerhaven makes the house a perfect starting point for day trips.

There are many family-friendly recreational activities in the immediate vicinity:
- Indoor playground in Harsefeld – ideal for bad weather
- Large water playground in Farven – especially popular with children
- Wingst Wildlife Park and Wingst Play Park
- Excellent bike paths through fields, small villages, and along the dikes

For days at the beach, the Elbe beach at Krautsand is a great option.
A trip to Otterndorf, with its historic town centre, swimming lake, and playgrounds, is also well worth it.

The region is characterised by abundant nature, farm stands, and regional products—far from mass tourism and ideal for a relaxing family holiday.
