If you came a bit later, there was often not enough food left. Sleeping at night was nearly impossible because the room windows faced the railway and tram tracks, making it extremely noisy. The room itself was not properly maintained—there was trash under the bed, the room was not cleaned on any of the days of our stay, the bed linen was not changed, and even basic hygiene supplies, including toilet paper, were not replenished. We also asked if breakfast could be prepared for takeaway on our last day, but the hotel refused without offering any solution. Overall, this hotel does not deserve its 4.5-star rating. The experience was far below expectations, and unfortunately, we would not recommend staying here."
