Rosen-Holz vacation apartment for peace and relaxation, let your soul dangle

This unique accommodation has a style all its own.
I created this holiday rental as part of my work as an interior designer. You can buy, order, or have almost anything custom-made there.
Our motto is upcycling and individuality. No off-the-shelf items and no trends—just durability and a personal touch.
So you can treat yourself to some downtime and inspiration in approximately 96 square metres. Whether you want to go hiking or simply unwind.
There are 2 separate bedrooms, each with a 140x200 cm bed. If there are only 2 of you but you’d still like to use both bedrooms, please specify 3 people when booking.
All windows are triple-glazed, with wood on the inside and metal on the outside.
There’s plenty of free firewood for the living room fireplace to provide cosy warmth during the colder months.
The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook up a storm, bake to your heart’s content, and then let the dishwasher do the work for you.
I’m always open to suggestions and happy to help. I want you to feel at home and take a wonderful experience back with you.
Dickschied is a small village with just under 500 residents. So there are no stores here. Unfortunately, you’ll have to drive 14 minutes to do your shopping.
There are lovely things to do along the Rhine (you can also take the ferry to the other side of the Rhine), in Kiedrich (Eberbach Abbey), Eltville, or, for example, in Wiesbaden.
Of course, you’re also right on the hiking trails of the Wisper-Trails (routes are also available online).
Or you can simply curl up, read a book, step out onto the balcony, or—later in the season—enjoy a glass of wine by the crackling fireplace.
Upon request, we can also set up an extra bed in the living room (bed frame with a 20 cm thick mattress, 80x200 cm).
With the key box we’ve installed, you can arrive whenever you like.
