Postbus stop right on the doorstep (line Heiden- Rehetobel- St.Gallen and line Heiden- Trogen), in the immediate vicinity of the Appenzeller Heilbad Heiden (8 minutes walk/ 600m) and ideal starting point for numerous hikes e.g. viewpoints Kaienspitz, St.Anton and excursions in the surrounding area. Popular, nearby excursion destinations are the Säntispark Abtwil water park, Walter Zoo Gossau, Lake Constance, the Abbey District UNESCO World Heritage City of St.Gallen, etc. The flat (approx. 50m2) is on the ground floor and has its own entrance. In the entrance area there is a cloakroom with a spacious built-in wardrobe. In the separate bedroom there is a double bed (160cm x 200cm) and a wardrobe. The open-plan kitchen/living area is furnished with a pull-out sofa (140cm wide), a dining table with 4 chairs, wall shelf and TV. The functional kitchen with fridge, hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and blender is adjacent to the living area. There is a small table and 2 chairs in the kitchen. The bathroom is small but nice, with shower, WC and washbasin (all new in 2019!) and has a window. A washing machine is available. Linen for beds, bathroom and kitchen is available and included. It is possible to store bicycles and skis in one room. There is also a seating area with a small barbecue and a car park in front of the house, and the final cleaning and visitor's tax must be paid on site in cash or by Twint.
