The cozy 56 m² apartment in Heideck accommodates up to 3 guests in 2 rooms with 1 bathroom. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi for video conferences, heating in all rooms, TV, video-on-demand, washing machine, dryer, and convenient self-check-in. Outdoors, enjoy the small garden area and the peaceful location at the edge of the forest. The modern, newly furnished apartment is located in the basement of a single-family house with a separate entrance—quiet and well connected to Rothsee, Brombachsee, and the Franconian Altmühltal.



You have your own parking space on the property, with additional street parking available. There is a bicycle storage room. Smoking and events are not permitted.



The hosts live on site (not in the apartment) and have a friendly dog and a lovely cat. A tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away.
