For shared use: large garden 1'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. Terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the complex: fitness room (extra). Storage room for bicycles, washing machine (for shared use, extra), drying room. Parking (for 10 cars) on the premises, single garage (extra) at the house.
