"I’ve stayed here many times, but something has changed with their wifi access. It’s set up to take your cell number and send an access code by text. Unfortunately, the system only accepts Chinese cell phone numbers. I tried explaining this to the desk manager, but it wasn’t being understood. If you stay here, be prepared to have someone come to your room with their Chinese cell phone in order to get you online, or just stay at Crown Plaza next door and skip the hassle. "

"I did not have any experience before with any IHG or Holiday Inn Express which like this property. All the days in my stay there are no air-conditional in the room and hotel need to provide me a fan for it. Paying for air-corn room but end up need to open fan in a room."

"This 4-star hotel needs renovation, carpets are old and smelly. Free breakfast was for 1 person only, not per room, which we found to be very absurd. Price is reasonable and location is great which is within walking distance from the train station."
