"Great location, a few minutes walk from the citadel, cathedral and main sights. Good information about the check in from the host beforehand. Room was clean and a good size, I would just say lacking some facilities - for example some additional electrical charging points by the bed for charging mobile, a light switch on both side of the bed. "Let’s start with the pros: -rooms were clean and tidy. -pool and spa facilities (all outdoor) were a lovely welcome addition and access was easy and until 10pm. -evening food in the restaurant was nice. Cons: -my biggest issue with this hotel is health and hygiene. The breakfast was quite frankly inedible as the young lady doing breakfast service had left most things uncovered. Flies had literally swarmed the pastries, bread, jams and juices meaning that my breakfast options were very limited...

We called the number and left a message, left with no option but to wait outside in a cold January day with a child. The owner called us back only 1.15h later!!!
