Great location making it easy to get around Amsterdam as it is next to the central station, lots of construction works when we visited but didn’t make much of a disruption. Bar, breakfast and on-site convenience shop were lovely and the decor was nice. Staff were a little abrupt and when we couldn’t check into our room earlier they weren’t very forthcoming with when it would be available.

Central location. We took the train from the airport and walked to the hotel. Easy. Numerous choices for restaurants all within walking distance. Hotel was basic but comfortable. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable.

Our room in the newer tower was larger than our friends' in the older tower. Room was clean and facilities in the room were all in working condition. Kind of noisy outside the property and lots of foot traffic, but it is because it is so close to the Centraal Station in AMS. Easy on/off for Tram service to all over the city. Front desk was nice. Overall, we enjoyed our 2-night stay at the Ibis

the hotel room was small for three adult persons and we felt cramped ! Very little space between the beds ! Also the ventilation was not very good ! For two persons I would have given the hotel 5 stars

Location was absolutely perfect, very close to the train station and easily walkable to the downtown area where there were tons of restaurants and attractions. My only complaint is I had asked for a wake up call on the one day and never received it, also wish the room had a mini fridge to keep drinks cold. Overall was a good stay and would recomend to others.

If you want the tiniest room, this is for you! The rooms are extremely small, it was no place for our 2 luggage’s! This is not the first time I travel to Amsterdam or places in Europe and I know the Roma are small but this was the worst! The hotel overall was dirty, the hallways carpet was smelly and with lots of stains… the first night the sink was clothed and Maintanance have to go and fix it! I will never stay in any ibis again, anywhere in the world!

Small room but very convenient to the central train station and metro. The shower grout had a lot of mildew that could be cleaned up and the sink drain was backed up. After the first night the drain was cleaned. The bed was pretty comfortable but kind of lumpy. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of foods. I think it was an extra 4 euro which would be a good price.

Ok for one night only
The hotel has a good location, especially if you need to jump on train quickly. Towels are paper thin, shower head was broken so you had to hold it to shower. Carpet was not vacuumed well. Thankfully it was just for one night.

Beds have mattress toppers on and sheets are only put around the topper. This means mattress is constantly on show and the topper slips around making sleeping difficult. I mentioned this on checkout only to be told they know but nothing is to be done about it. There is room for better storage and a kettle (neither of which supplied). Breakfast and pizza menu over priced. Some staff friendly but others looked uninterested. Paid downstairs for tea and coffee only to be given tiny paper cups.

Though we don't equip all rooms with kettles, our premium rooms on the top floor do include tea and coffee-making facilities for added convenience. We appreciate your feedback on the breakfast and pizza menu pricing; our buffet breakfast offers a variety of options to cater to different appetites and our takeaway breakfast bag provides a convenient alternative for guests on the go. The room was smaller than advertised. We had two suitcases and could barely walk from our bed to the bathroom. There was no place to store the luggage either. There was also a lot of construction right out front which was not very accessible. It was a really great location though, right next to the train station and walking distance from everything we wanted to see.

Room was smaller than we expected from Ibis and it was pricey for the size. Building works outside made the access difficult but the cleaners were working hard to keep down the dust and grit we carried in
