The spa, with a thermal cover and a diameter of 2 metres, can accommodate up to 8 people, can be heated up to 40 degrees, and is equipped with a modern sand filter system, an electric heater,
an air massage system, and pool lighting,

Relax in a friendly atmosphere with your family, friends, or coworkers while soaking in a warm, inviting setting.
After your sauna session, you can cool off right in the swimming lake with its excellent water quality or in the deep Kambala wood-paneled pool
Then relax in the spa pool!

Accommodation in the holiday home:
1 bedroom (double bed), living room (soft leather sofa for 2 people), soft bunk bed (loft), max. 4 people.

The property can accommodate 8 people,

Gas and water for household use are included in the price,

we provide 150 kW to heat the spa pool and sauna. Electricity is provided per stay, which is sufficient for at least 1 to 2 days of sauna and spa pool use,
even with occasional use over several days, as the tub is fully insulated and loses very little heat,

if consumption exceeds 150 kW.(for example, longer stays) any remaining electricity costs will be billed (at current rates, provided by the local utility EWE)

The spa pool is filled with water, thoroughly cleaned, and disinfected upon your arrival,
or heated to 38–40 degrees upon request so that you can enjoy the spa pool immediately after check-in,

The sauna takes about 1 hour to heat up to 75–80 degrees.
and is turned on by the staff as needed,

Bedding such as blankets, pillows, and mattresses is provided,
You can bring your own duvet covers and towels or order them from us

The property will be made available for your exclusive use during the agreed rental period!

Your privacy is therefore always guaranteed!

Bath slippers are recommended!

In the sauna, please always use the sauna towels as a mat!
