"A lovely cottage with furnishings reflecting the beach theme throughout. Very clean and tidy and well equipped. We appreciated the little extras eg the choc treats! It was an oasis of calm and we enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the charming town centre with its excellent cafes and museum. Can’t wait to return!"

"Walking into this place, there was a strong musty odour. The TV didn’t work; although the host sent someone to fix it, they couldn’t resolve the issue. The tap water ran brown, the toaster was broken, and there was a dirty tray left in the oven. One of the dining room chairs was broken, and I fell off it. Each bed had only one blanket, which wasn’t enough to keep warm. The smaller bedroom, facing the street, had no curtain. We planned to stay for two days but left after the first night, which was especially disappointing since we were in town for a funeral and missed out on valuable time with family."
