"The hotel staff are very friendly and caring. They speak good English and were genuinely interested in making the guests' stay pleasant and also providing information about the city. We did have a issue with the wrong room type when checking in, but the kind lady from the reception checked it for us and apologised for the mistake. "The hotel is excellent. The staff, the building, the internet, the breakfast. Everyone who can should consider visiting the West Bank, the people are very friendly and it is incredibly cheap. You don´t need a tour, just a passport Israel allows and perhaps don't mention you want to go to any place outside of Bethlehem and Jerusalem. They are trying to cut of Palestine from the world. Do not let them."
