The 6th-floor river- and skyline-facing views are outstanding. Room was spacious, spotless, and exactly what you want after a travel day."

"There was a beautiful lady in the coffee shop that was absolutely over the top in customer service. She might be the kindest person that I have ever encountered in all of my travels. Her kindness really made a difference to me and my husband was also blown away. She is perfect!! I can't remember her name but may have been Jasmine but I could pick her beautiful face out in a crowd. Hope to see her when we return. "
