5 bedroom 2 bath private luxury home with pool, waterfall, hot tub, large deck, fire pit, playground, covered outdoor grilling station with sink, mini-fridge and smoker. Property is located in a fishing resort. The ultimate in family fun and relaxation!

The master bedroom has a King bed an en suite bathroom with glass-enclosed shower, complete with body jets and handheld wand. There are also 2 Queen bedrooms and a Full bedroom. One of the Queen bedrooms has a very comfortable Queen futon in addition to the bed. The fifth bedroom contains 2 sets of bunk beds and is adjacent to the master bedroom.

Self-check in with SmartLock. You will be issued your own individual code and have complete private access to entire property for the duration of their stay.

Most guest interaction is by text, phone or messaging through OTA platform. If there is a problem with the property, please notify us immediately! We will either come and resolve problem or send an appropriate repairman. In the summer, with extended bookings, there may be very short visits to the property by host or maintenance crew for pool/spa maintenance, to water plamts or to gather trash to haul off

The property is located in Heber Springs AR. Heber Springs is a wonderful, quaint little town with lots of outdoor activities. Greers Ferry Lake and the Little Red River are both located here. There are also several awesome places to hike nearby such as Bridal Veil Falls, Mossy Bluff Buckeye Trail, Collins Creek Trail, Sugarloaf Mountain and many more! Leprechaun Landing is located just inside Lindsey`s Resort about 300 yards from the riverbank.

Turn onto Rainbow Road off Hwy 25. Go about 2 miles and make a Right at the sign that says `Lindsey`s Resort`. Leprechaun Landing is the second house on the righthand side.

Gunite swimming pool with plenty of benches for lounging and a waterfall. Some pool toys are provided. The shallow end is 3 ft deep and the deep end is 6 ft. The pool is generally open and swimmable from April 1 until November 1.The 6 person hot tub is available year-round.

Additional rules
- Dogs must be kenneled when someone is not on the property. There is one bedroom room with carpet. Please do not allow pets in that room. There is a $15 per day per dog extra cleaning fee.
- The use of all amenities including pool, hot tub, playground and bicycles is at the guest`s own risk.
- Children under 12 are not allowed in the pool area without an adult to supervise them. Please keep the pool area locked at all times when there is not an adult present.
- If something breaks or is found not in working order (light bulb out, etc) please notify us immediately so that we can make a repair, either during your visit if essential or before the next guests check in.
- Events must be OK`d by host beforehand (no frat parties, etc)
- Please leave our home in the condition that you found it (with the exception of beds). Please take all trash outside and put in the cans. There is a large can with no bag that you can place your bags of trash in and 2 smaller cans that non-bagged trash may go in.
- There are security cameras around the exterior of the house. They are located outside each door, in the carport, on the pool area, as well as a Nest doorbell. All cameras are active and recording at all times for the security of the property when vacant, as well as for guests` security. Should the cameras fail during your stay a technician may be dispatched for repair. If it is found that the cameras have been disabled, covered or tampered with in any way you may be charged for the repair or remedy.
