With the Deer Valley gondola and the newly built Keetley Express lift only a 3 minute drive and Park City Mountain Resort a 10 minute drive from the property, Deer Valley East Village Lakeside 64 offers 5 bedrooms sleeping 10 guests with 4,000 square feet built for family entertainment and premier ski access! Additionally, for the 2025-2026 ski season, the HOA is providing a ski shuttle to and from the Deer Valley East Village base area!

Deer Valley East Village Lakeside 64 offers stunning views of mountains and lake most enjoyed from the steamy private hot tub on the patio, with large picturesque windows, bright natural light and vaulted ceiling living spaces, and modern finishes. Luxury Viking appliances, state of the art technologies, and architectural elements like the stacked stone floor to ceiling fireplace make for an inviting experience in this new neighborhood.

The main level features a spacious King master bedroom with a large ensuite bath with dual vanity sinks, a glass shower and a separate tub along with a substantial executive walk-in closet.

The top level offers an additional King bedroom, one Full bedroom, and a bedroom with two Full beds! The two Full bedrooms share a jack and jill bath, and the other King suite offers an ensuite bath and stunning views of the surrounding area!

The lower level has an additional King suite and substantial living area and game room for gathering with friends and family complete with an adjacent full bath.

The storage of any vehicle, trailer, boat on trailers, or RV on the street is prohibited. Please store large vehicles off-site. Appropriately sized boats or trailers may not extend past the edge of the driveway at any point and may be parked in the driveway for no more than one week.

Spacious, modern, and perfectly located. Gorgeous lake and mountain views, plenty of room for everyone, and all the comforts of home. Easy access to skiing, hiking, and Main Street make it the ideal spot for a Park City getaway!
