July 4th Stay

We had an excellent stay at this house. The views are great and the home is spacious. We also fell in love with the area. We had a hiccup with the owner scheduling maintenance at the house - we woke up to landscapers shoveling rocks and talking on the phone on the back patio. However, it was quickly resolved. There is construction going on next door right now, so if that bothers you, it is worth checking the status. Overall, we were very happy and plan to stay there again.

The house of my dreams

We had a great time at the Utah house. The view is amazing, beds are super comfy and the bathrooms are luxurious. The neighborhood is still under construction, so a little noisy at times, but we would love to come back next year and see all the changes.

The house was very comfortable for our family of 9 . It was nice that someone came and took trash out and back in for us as vacationers have trouble remembering things like this. Only suggestion would be more paper towels and laundry soap pods. Thank you for hosting us.

Great get away!

The property was exactly as advertised, and it was an amazing home with tons of amenities not usually provided with other rentals (e.g. heated garage, heated flooring, sonos system and etc.). The location provided amazing views that made us feel like we got “off the grid” while we were a short drive away from the hustle and bustle of Park city, it was a great combo and exactly what we had hoped for. We would definitely rent again!

Wonderful location!

The home was beautiful and we loved the location! It had everything we needed and more including things we forgot we would need for our day on a ski boat! We cooked at the home a couple of the nights and were surprised by all the cookware we had access to. The whole family also enjoyed the sound system in the house and loved hanging out on the deck after our hikes. One evening we saw an incredible full moon over the mountains with a reflection on the Jordonelle. Such a great house - we hope to be back next year!

Good view

The interior of the home was perfect for our large family. Everyone had a bed and bath. Great views of Jordelle Res. The interior needs some maintaince and the exterior yard was not well kept. I have passed this on to the host. The neighborhood is under construction so walking is not safe with young kids. Location was good for summer activities.

Beautiful home with awesome views

The Sky Ridge property is a great get away retreat. We loved the house and the views. The location is a little remote, but that's what we liked about it. Only a 10-15 min drive to Park City. We had a great amount of space for our family. This house has unobstructed views of the lake and ski mountain. Had a small issue with the kitchen sink. The property management team responded quickly. The repair man was very nice and quick with the repair. We got a little snow and the snow plow was quick to clear the roads. If we return to Park City, we will look to rent here again.

Peaceful Retreat

Beautiful property, fantastic view and very private location. Short drive to Park City and all of the amenities of the ski town, yet the house was a perfect place to unwind.

Skyridge House

We had the best time in the house. It was beautifully decorated modern, and it was equipped with everything you could think of. Everything in the house work and it was spotless. The location however I must say we found it was a little far from the ski resorts, but other than that I will come back again.
