Next to the living space is a formal DINING TABLE with seating for six, and a quartz-topped island with four bar stools leads into the KITCHEN. Luxe Viking appliances include a high-end gas range and a spacious refrigerator, plus a dishwasher, a microwave, and of course a coffee maker, all surrounded by polished dark brown cabinets and glossy white countertops. Around the corner, there’s a LAUNDRY NOOK with a high-efficiency washer and dryer.

Down the hallway, the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE houses a sumptuous king-size bed, 55” HDTV, and a glass door out to the sunny terrace. The ENSUITE PRIMARY BATHROOM has a double marble vanity and a step-in shower. In the SECOND GUEST BEDROOM, there’s a queen-sized bed, while the THIRD GUEST BEDROOM has two twin-size beds. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.
