Our home is set just far enough to guarantee quiet but close enough to two friendly ski resorts. Whether you're seeking a family retreat, a group getaway, or a romantic hideaway, this stunning property promises an unforgettable experience. It features everything you need to unwind in style! 2200 sq ft of sophisticated living space. 4 beds and 3.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 adults and 2 kids. A dry sauna, balcony, and 1/2 garage space!
Enjoy our deluxe dry sauna to end your day of skiing or hiking.
Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are available in the hallway closet on the upper level.
A/C: Central air conditioning and heating ensure your comfort.
Wireless Internet: Free high-speed wireless internet is provided.
Cameras: A front door camera is installed
Neighborhood playground
Parking notes: Guests may park one car within the garage (Owner of property has a vehicle in garage as well) and two in the driveway.
The newly opened Black Rock Ridge Resort and Hotel is right down the street and offers restaurants, a spa, and fantastic places to spend an evening close to the rental. There is a restaurant and a bar located inside the building that is highly recommended.
In the winter enjoy world-class skiing and snowboarding through Park City Mountain and The Canyons and Deer Valley all within 10 miles

Liquor Store: 5 miles
In the summer, enjoy 400 miles of maintained bike trails through Park City, hike in the Uintas, play golf or play in the water at Jordanelle Reservoir by day.

Loved this place!
This place was perfect for me and 4 of my friends! It’s an 8 minute drive to Park City mountain, restaurants and bars. The living room and kitchen was a perfect spot to have a couple cocktails after skiing and cook breakfast in the mornings. The Sauna was also a nice touch! I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again when we return. Very impressed!
