Great ski home base

Perfect stay for our family’s first ski trip. Convenient to mountain, space to spread out, and a fun playground next to the place. Highly recommended.

Great Location

Totally loved the townhome. My family had plenty of room to spread out. Nice big dining room table to play games . TV s in all the rooms and big one in living room. I would definitely come back.

Comfortable & clean

Our family of 4 was quite comfortable in Pete’s place. The ensuite setup gave everyone a private space. Great kitchen area and large dining table where we played games every night. The easy access garage was a plus as we had snow or rain every day. We also enjoyed sampling the generous nespresso bar. Would definitely consider Pete’s place again.

Amazing spot with everything you need!

A group of friends just stayed here for a ski weekend, we had such an amazing time! The house had everything we need with amazing and thoughtful touches - make up wipes in the bathrooms, phone chargers and espresso machines in the bedrooms… kitchen was fully stocked and the hosts were so communicative and helpful, making sure we got in okay and had everything we needed. The house is about 12 minutes from the main drag of park city. We skied park city resort (about 15 min away) and Alta resort about 45 minutes away. Great spot perfect for a group of friends or family! We hope to come back soon.

Early Holiday Ski Trip

Such a great place! Super clean and set up perfect for guests. We enjoyed a full week’s stay at this spacious condo. The owners Pete and Jacki have thought of so many details including charging cables in every bedroom as well as great wi-fi. The beds were very comfortable and the oversized bath towels were amazing! The open floor plan of the kitchen and living room was great for hanging out after full days of skiing. The location was so easy to get to and from Park City as well as the highway to get over to both Cottonwood canyons. Communication and instructions could not have been better. This was a great place that made our family vacation easy and enjoyable and we look forward for to return stay in the future.

Pleasant decor galore

Appreciate the attention to decor detail which made it feel homey. There are lots of extras most others do not supply, ie. humidifiers, baby / toddler gate for stairs, kitchen fully stocked with appliances and utils! One small bar of 'used' soap was left in the downstairs bath, and would have been nice to have small bars of soap or shampoo's for guests. It was 15-30 minute drive to everything we wanted to visit, location ++, and accessibility to the hiking trails behind the property was ideal for my group!

Great townhome

Great townhome rarely do the property pictures match the photos, this property is actually nicer than the photos! Lots of great amenities they really thought of everything and surpassed all of our expectations.
