"From the moment we checked in the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel had clean, high class standards and was well maintained. The location was great to get in and around Manchester perfectly located for the station, shops, bars and restaurants. The room was very spacious and comfortable I was really impressed and almost wished I had more time to enjoy the hotel as it also had a lovely reception area and bar. We had a great stay overall and had a small issue we raised with Karen the manager who couldn’t do enough to help us and rectify. She was very professional and ensured we had a pleasant stay. "
