"It is a disgrace to call this hotel a 5 stars and even worse, an autograph collection hotel. Staff was horribly trained, food was awful and overpriced, no concierge. Phone in room did nor work, fridge did not work. I paiud for two nights and left after one."

"The location and nature were absolutely amazing, situated at the foot of the mountains and surrounded by beautiful forest scenery.
