Our Hayward retreat was created to give families and friends a comfortable place to slow down, reconnect and enjoy everything this beautiful area has to offer.

THE SPACE

Step inside and settle into a warm and welcoming Northwoods home filled with thoughtful touches designed to make vacationing easy.

The kitchen features granite countertops, beautiful knotty-pine details and the essentials you'll need to prepare meals before or after a day of adventure.

Vacation mornings deserve good coffee, so you'll also find a thoughtfully stocked coffee station with traditional ground coffee, K-Cups, flavored options, tea, creamers and sweeteners.

Gather together in the comfortable living spaces, enjoy a movie or favorite show, play games or simply relax around the fireplace after a full day exploring Hayward.

REST & RECHARGE

The home offers three bedrooms plus additional sleeping flexibility.

Primary Bedroom
King bed • Smart TV • Walk-in closet • Primary bathroom with walk-in shower

Queen Bedroom
Comfortable queen bed with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Bunk & Trundle Bedroom
Twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin pull-out trundle—an especially convenient arrangement for families and groups.

Additional Sleeping
A full/queen-size air mattress is available and stored in the primary bedroom walk-in closet.
The living-room couch may also provide additional sleeping flexibility.
Maximum occupancy: 9 guests

2.5 BATHROOMS

Two full bathrooms plus an additional half bathroom make vacation mornings and evenings easier for families and groups.

Fresh bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are provided, along with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and other thoughtful essentials.

You'll even find a towel warmer for an extra little touch of comfort.

STEP OUTSIDE

Some of the best parts of a Northwoods vacation happen outdoors.

Step onto the wraparound deck and enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by the peaceful sights and sounds of northern Wisconsin.

Later, fire up the grill, play a yard game or settle into an Adirondack chair around the firepit.

PINECONE POND & BEACHES

Just beyond the property is Pinecone Pond, a peaceful man-made association pond.

Guests are welcome to enjoy either of the two shared association beaches.

The closest beach is approximately 250 feet from the back deck/yard, making it easy to grab a beach towel and head over for some time near the water.

Two kayaks, paddles, life jackets, beach towels, floaties, pool noodles and fishing equipment are provided for guest enjoyment.

Please note that Pinecone Pond and the beaches are shared association amenities and are not private to the property.

RIDE FROM THE PROPERTY

Bringing your ATVs, UTVs or snowmobiles?

One of the property's best features is direct access to the Hayward-area ATV/UTV and snowmobile trail system.

Unload, gear up and begin your adventure without having to trailer your machines somewhere else first.

Trail availability and conditions vary by season, weather and applicable trail regulations.

TRAILER-FRIENDLY PARKING

On-site parking accommodates up to four vehicles. The parking area also provides enough length to accommodate a vehicle with an ATV/snowmobile trailer or boat trailer. The two-car garage is not included with standard guest access.

FOUR-LEGGED FAMILY MEMBERS ARE WELCOME

Up to two dogs are welcome with a $75 pet fee per stay.
There are no breed restrictions.
Food and water bowls plus pet waste bags, treats, and toys are provided.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY DETAILS

Traveling with little ones?

The home includes a Pack 'n Play/travel crib, high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books, toys and games.

Families can also enjoy the arcade games, yard games, kayaks, beach equipment and plenty of opportunities to spend time together outdoors.

CAMPFIRE NIGHTS

After a day exploring Hayward, settle into the Adirondack chairs around the firepit.
Roast marshmallows, share stories and enjoy one of those wonderfully simple Northwoods evenings you'll wish could last just a little longer.

Firewood and marshmallow roasting sticks are provided.

YOUR HAYWARD HOME BASE

Spend your days ATVing, snowmobiling, fishing, kayaking, hiking, biking, exploring downtown Hayward or discovering the surrounding Northwoods.

Then come home, grill dinner, gather around the fire and relax.
