Hayward Fault Exposed Tours and Activities

The receptionist in the morning is not helpful, very reluctant and ignored my request . I requested her to provide clean towels in the early morning, when I came back in the evening,I didn’t have any . I had to go to the lobby to pick up .

Shashi Hotel is really nice and well kept! Staff very helpful! There is a huge parking lot that used to be free to park. They are now charging $20 for parking. Patrons now are parking on sidewalk, which is unfortunate that such a quality hotel is having customers park on the sidewalk leaving the hotel parking lot largely vacant. Please return parking to free for customers. It doesn't feel good having such a nice hotel have customers park on the sidewalk. It doesn't match the vibe of the hotel! Thanks for your consideration!!!
