From this 2nd story apartment loft, you can oversee all of downtown Hays, overlook many of the large stone churches, view the amazing Kansas sunset every evening, and wake up to the morning sun shining through your oversized picture window. The owners have done a really nice job creating the perfect place from which to explore Hays. Their attention to detail is impressive. The loft was extremely clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect...just a short walk to downtown.

Charming loft in great location

Great oasis after spending time with family sorting the holidays. Beautiful loft with great charm in a great location. James was absolutely wonderful answering questions and responded quickly.

Excellent Family Road Trip Stopover

We were taking a cross-country road trip, with a family of 4 (2 parents, 2 year old, 9 year old), and this was an excellent stopover on our way. The rooms were excellent, and the location was great for family -- just a few blocks from the nearest playground. Check-in instructions were straightforward and easy to follow, and the rooms were clean and well organized. We really enjoyed our stay in Hays, and would highly recommend!

Great place in the heart of downtown Hays. James was very accommodating, and the property is beautiful. The yard area was sublime, very well manicured with a great seating area. The loft seemed brand new, with everything we needed.

Enjoyed our stay immensely. Girls weekend, enjoyed Rock Haven Spa. The food in Hays was excellent. Location of the VRBO was ideal and great family to work with. Definitely would recommend. We’ll be back

Stayed here on our way to Montana from Oklahoma. Perfect first night stopover!! Clean and cozy! Great AC. Met the host on our way out. Nice guy! Will stay again if the need arises!!

Super cute place!!

My mom and I thought the place was immediately clean, decorated adorably, and had very comfy beds. They had everything you would possibly need to cook in the cute kitchen. It was quiet and we both got a great night sleep. It was in a very safe neighborhood and across the street from the Fire department. The outside sitting area was a huge plus. We will definitely stay again!

We loved this place! Super updated, clean and perfectly decorated. We came to town to celebrate with our son on his birthday and this location was perfect for a family dinner away from home! Will be back if the occasion arises! Thank you!

Perfect Halfway meeting spot.

My son lives in Colorado Springs and I live in Kansas City. Hays is a perfect halfway meeting spot for us. We were able to meet for the weekend and stay here. The Condo was very clean, updated and comfortable. The owner was very quick at responding to any questions that I had. Wonderful time!
