The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave the beds unmade, don't strip. Load the dishwasher, place d/w tab in/start it. Turn off fireplace. Unplug fan in the Loft. Check doors/windows to make sure they're locked. Put remotes up.
Bag all trash & place in the outside trashcan. Please DO NOT place unbagged trash in the outdoor trashcan. In summer, set the thermostat to 80 degrees. In winter, set thermostat to 50 degrees.
To Lockup press the Yale logo on the Smart Lock. Hope y'all enjoyed & come back soon. Now take one more walk to the creek before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
