Beautiful Cabin
The cabin was beautiful inside and out. It sits right on the water. Game room downstairs. Cabin was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our entire team there.
Very clean cabin with everything you need right on the river. No luck fishing the river but very good fishing nearby. Would rent again.

Perfect view
We had a great time. We were on a family vacation with our teenagers. The deck overlooking the river is fabulous and the fire pit is in the perfect location. The kids enjoyed the game room and corn hole. We had plenty of space for the 5 of us.
We enjoyed our almost 2 week stay. Our family stayed with us for the first week and my husband and I got to relax and enjoy the view of the river and all the wildlife. The river was beautiful. Was great to see the river rise when the dam. released water. It’s a must stay place.

Absolutely Amazing!!
Thank you for sharing property with us, we were there for seven days and it was exactly what we needed from the everyday hustle and bustle from Orlando. The property is very warm and cozy and feels homelike. My Husband and daughter especially enjoyed the river and the game room. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive. We will definitely be back.
This was our 2nd time this month to stay at River's Edge. It truly is the ultimate getaway! The property is beautiful, the river is amazing and it has a fun game room. Perfect stay!
We loved everything about this property! The size, location on the river, and local attractions. 2 suggestions would be to update mattresses instead of foam toppers, and work on air conditioning it got too warm at night upstairs. All and all, we loved it and plan to return.

Breath Taking!
Such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. From just sitting on the back deck watching the River flow and the ducks fly in to taking a walk along the trails and enjoy the time with my grand babies. Very quiet place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of life. If you’re lucky enough to find this place do not pass up the opportunity to stay, I will definitely fall in love!
The cabin was amazing! My husband and I loved everything about the cabin. We came to celebrate my birthday and to get away from the hustle of everyday life. This cabin was the answer. From coffee in the mornings on the deck(they have a Keurig!) to relaxing in the hammock reading a book...this cabin providing 24 hour relaxation. It is perfectly location between Hayesville and Murphy if you need to run to Walmart or Ingles to pick up last minute items. The Cabin has wifi, so that you can stay in touch with family if you need. I loved the way the Cabin was decorated with a rustic look, but still had every amenity you could think of. If you have kids, they would love the game room. We will definitely be back!
Beautiful cabin on the river. It has everything you really need (even items not on the listing!) Fun 1st floor of games and hang out area. Enjoyed the fire pit by the water each evening. Boys loved having the entire upstairs all to themselves. Beds are comfy, I LOVED the towels (best towels I have used in the numerous cabins we have rented over the years)
The cabin has been updated (3/12) new beautiful paint job outside, new living room furniture, new dining table, etc. The owner has done a tremendous job with their updates.
Saw deer every time we headed back to the cabin after venturing out for the day. There is a Fire Creek Recreation down the street. Beautiful river and waterfall to see, plus some very easy trails to hike on with the family! An easy must see when you stay!
We had a wonderful extended weekend at the River Edge Cabin. Thank you 💖
We had a great trip at this beautifully kept cabin. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with all the necessities, and the view was beautiful - right on the river! We came to find snow and we lucked out and had a great weekend playing in the white winter wonderland. There were deer all around the property which was so neat to see. Getting to the house wasn't bad at all, there were no steep driveways or roads so it was simple for our minivan!
Only problem was that we texted and emailed the host the second afternoon and she never responded. When I tried calling, the phone number was disconnected. Just remember that the front door locks automatically so always bring the key with you! The last day we made that mistake and had to leave some of our belongings behind because we couldn't get in touch with anyone.
This cabin is amazing! A storm had taken out the internet but the owner worked to get it reconnected right away. It was very clean and had everything we could want. We will definitely be returning!
I got catfished by the good looking photos taken with a wide angle lens. The place is a dump and made to look bigger with camera angles. The fridge is actually tiny. And!! There was no water when I arrived. Some things I can overlook in a rental but this is catastrophic. I left many (50+) messages with the owner when I arrived but there was no reply for a full 24 hours. I had to get a nearby hotel for showers in the morning. I should have just stayed at the hotel. A maintenance person came LATE the second day I was there and removed a filter in the basement. Turns out the filter clogged in the main water system. The nastiness that covered that filter was disgusting. Slimy brown goo gushed everywhere in the basement. After the filter was removed (not replaced!) the water ran rust orange in the place the rest of the time. The owner never even responded when I asked for $100 back for the local hotel I had to use for showers.
