I encounter no hand towel in many of the toilets, dirty cups from the bar, dirty plates in the restaurant.. The hotel was looking tired and the staff overworked . "This wasy 3 rd visit to Palm Marina and again I had an amazing time ! . The rooms are dated but clean and the mail tidied and supplied clean towels every day . The restaurant is what I expect from all inclusive, plenty of choice for all nationalities . The bar has a variety of yummy alcoholic and NON alcoholic beverages . The animation is first class , all the activities and shows are enjoyable & the whole team make you welcome . A special mention to Max & Salah for always providing fun activities & being happy to sit and talk."
