This was a VERY clean, basic 9 hour room! We needed to get south of the storm and not pay the high rates of the other hotels. This one was a great price, the room was VERY clean and looked like it was a recent renovation. It was a bed, a shower and protection from the storm.

It was just ok

The room was nice and big, beds comfortable. My only issues were the room smelled very musty, you could really hear the upstairs neighbor and there were lots of ants in the room.

1. Broken security features on the door. 2. Could dead bolt the door but it would not close all the way. 3. Closet dowel missing. Had no place to hang out clothes. 4. The beds are like a rocks, so uncomfortable. 5. Room next to us had their window opened, smoked pot repeatedly both days we stayed. The ac units pulled that air into our room.

This place is terrible, there were cigarette burns on the comforter, the shower looked like it hadn’t been washed since the 80’s it stank like I don’t know what.

Lot of people coming back to their rooms between 1:30 and 2:30 not a big deal but couldn’t get back to sleep so I left at 4:00am. Room is spacious but futon style mattress is not very comfortable

Online expedia show 10.00 fee for pet they wanted 20.00 in cash only had to go get cash that night after driving 10 hours than the 1st room the door would not lock so the next room no lights so the last room the table fell off the wall

I stayed here because it was a smoke free property, but the lobby was filled with cigarette smoke. The room they put me in also smelled like cigarettes and the shower was broken. I had to move to another room where the shower worked but it was only like warm.

The bathroom had not been cleaned, there was a full alcoholic drink cup and other items in the refrigerator from previous renter, floors squeaked badly, water in sink smelled like the sewer, it had minimal furniture in the room, there was no coffee pot, shampoo or cream rinse in the shower, and the exterior walkways on both floors were in desperate need of cleaning. Maintenance person was the only person that was helpful. No cleaning service not offered.

My room had lukewarm trickling water. The sink was clogged. They claimed to provide Wi-Fi, but it did not cover my room. I told the person that seemed to be running the place, but he completed dismissed me in a contemptuously rude manner even though I had walked around the area by my room and it did reach about one room over in either direction. The blanket on the bed was very flimsy and there was no extra blanket in the room. There was no front desk attendant available about a third of the time during the day. When he was there, he seemed disgusted to be bothered. I received no bill and when I checked my credit card, I was charged an extra $30 dollars for no apparent reason. This is absolutely the worst motel I have ever stayed at in my life and I have stayed in some real dumps.

If you like roaches and dirty, unkept places, this is the place for you. I cant believe this was even recommended to me by expedia. This place needs to be shut down or remodeled. As soon as i unpacked i had a very uninvited visitor. A huge black cockroach. I had to trap it and call the service desk. He brought a can of raid and really didnt know what to do. He offered to put me in another room. What good does that do? Roaches dont care about walls, if you got them in one room, theyre in all of them. The bed was made by throwing 3 flat sheets on it. No blanket, no fitted sheet, nothing tucked. Terrible. The shower had holes in it. The shower head was falling out of the wall. I asked for a bottom floor room and that was an issue apparently. Even tho there was only 2 other cars in the entire lot (one was the employees). The floor was extremely dirty too.
