"We enjoyed our 5 days at the Bear Den. It was very relaxing, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the fire pit and the grill outdoors as well. A true pleasure of the location was being surrounded by birds and bird song during out stay."

I definitely recommend staying here with one small caveat: the property is on a small lot without much tree cover, so it felt less private when neighbors were out and about. "Great place to relax, very spacious, two outdoor screened in rooms, large bedrooms and closets. Very clean and is pet friendly. We enjoyed our weekend to relax and visit nearby ATV Tours, jaunts to Starbucks, Door Dash late night snacks, fire pit S'mores making and watching movies in the comfortable living room. Perfect size home for a family of 3 and avid book readers. Plenty of books!"

"The bridge cottage was adequate as far as kitchenware. Plenty of dishes pots pans etc…The area was quiet and peaceful but I have to comment about the musty dank odor that we experienced for three days. I believe the majority of it was coming from the couch which we refused to sit on. This really put a damper on our stay. Recommend a thorough cleaning or new furniture. "

The guard directed us to the HOA welcome center. After waiting in a long line there, we we were told this property is not approved for short-term rentals. "The appearance of the house is good but for 6 people it is very small. Some things to improve among them the cleanliness, the air conditioning leaked water, the plug in a room where there was a TV did not work"
