"Check-in was easy. Finding where we had to go to get to our room not so much. Would be handy to say head into the breakwater driveway round the back street "

"The room was grotty with dirty walls, door handles and overall a grubby feel. They wanted us to park in a carpark that was attached to another building not in the building we were staying in which would have been difficult with luggage as you would have to trek across the property to get to the other building! Lucky it was raining and they found us a carpark in the building we were staying in - that seems like a given to me! The bathrooms were dirty, the walls needed a good clean and the carpet was yuck. The towels were on their last thread and you had to pay per beach towel which I thought should have stated previously. Very disappointed in this stay. I didn't save the photos I took but have a couple from the dirty utensils in the kitchen and d terrible state of the washing machine and dryer! your clothes would have been cleaner not going in them! Very disappointed in this stay."

"Room was immaculate and so comfortable. Bathroom and shower was clean and hot water was HOT! I was travelling with my Mother and the staff made 2 single beds for us rather than one King size and this was so appreciated. Food at the Cheeky Dog was wonderful as was the service from any staff we encountered. We will absolutely tell anyone who will listen about Bannisters and stay again for longer! "

"Quiet location close to beach, small shopping centre and golf course. Only a few minutes drive to larger town of Tea Gardens. Accomodation is in quiet location, great for a quiet unwind with your pet. Well appointed. Host Tracey was easy to communicate with and helpful.Would recommend."
