"Clean , good lobby, good location, restaurants in hotel. Couldn’t go to restaurant for coffee or rest unless I ordered a big buffet. Receptionist and food room service staff kept asking for cash instead of putting expenses on room. It was very odd. After I insisted, they agreed to charge my credit card. "

"Enjoyed our stay at Times Square Suite Hotel during our first visit to Kuwait. Our room was of a good size, relatively clean and had a super comfortable bed. The staff were really welcoming and helpful, and our daily breakfast served to the room was tasty and sufficient in variety.
