"When I arrived the room I was provided was not clean and had to get a new room. "

"The TV was not working properly; the first night the Chromecast wouldn't work and the second night the TV was not loading programming."

"The front-desk staff were very friendly. One of the staff, Zeus, was especially nice and welcoming. He even gave us a free room upgrade, which was very nice! The breakfast was very good and had a lot of options. I liked the yogurt bar and scones...something which I haven't seen in a lot of breakfast buffets. I wish they would have had a microwave; however, to warm up the scones since they were cold. The only reason I gave 4-stars, and not 5, is because I think the room could have been cleaner. The carpet in our room had a smell; as well as the comforters/sheets in one of the bedrooms had a smell like it wasn't dried properly. Other than that, we had a nice stay."

Angela was excellent and most accommodating!! as far as amenities, the pool and cleanliness of the hotel were fair. Our room specifically didn’t have a shower curtain on when we got there and there were food splatter all over the wall walls in the kitchen."
