    Outside, you will find a private garden, a covered and an open terrace. A private grill and a fire pit invite you to relax outdoors. The property is only about 70 m from the Havel river, making it ideal for swimmers and anglers. The Havel is rich in fish: anglers can catch pike, zander, perch, catfish, and asp. Please note: a valid fishing license is required. For fishing trips on the water, a fishing boat (without motor) can be rented on site for an extra fee. A volleyball court is available directly on the property.



    There is parking on the premises. Up to 2 pets are allowed for an extra fee. Events are not permitted. Bicycles can be stored. Airport and train station transfers are available on request for an extra fee.
