"From start to finish everything went smoothly with this immaculate rental. Great location and very comfortable living room, with the nicest couch perfect for a group visit. The mattresses and bedding were all so comfy too. The house is in a very nice neighborhood with large lots and is quiet. Chris made sure any question was addressed immediately in a friendly and professional manner. This was the perfect place for a girls trip with 5 of us. Everyone had their own bed. The sunsets we saw from the viewing deck were breathtaking. We would love to return to Lake Havasu and stay here again! "

"Great visit with my family in Havasu! Your home was comfortable and kitchen was very well equipped for holiday cooking and baking. So much room for all of us to be together with great sleeping arrangements for separate quiet time. We never forgot we were close to the lake with great views of the water anytime of day! We couldn't be happier with the choice. This Rental checked all our boxes. (Great AC, clean, comfortable beds, a closed in yard for the dogs, great view across the street of the desert and to let the dogs run, huge parking area for boat and trailer.)
