Bonjour séjour de 15 jours maison très pratique et très propre propriétaire agréable et serviable. Nous avons hâte de relouer, a 5mn de la plage à pied. Très confortable et un jardin en plus je recommande aux internautes.

Haus war sehr sauber, das Vermieterehepaar sehr nett und aufgeschlossen. Sprachen ein wenig Englisch. Toilette befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, Bad und Schlafzimmer in der ersten Etage. Häufiges Treppensteigen erforderlich. Hat Kabel-TV, aber nur Deutsche Welle TV und Arte. Deutsche Sender müssen für 9,- Euro über einen französischen Anbieter hinzugebucht werden. Adresse war nicht korrekt angegeben.,,.

Alles: Nettes Haus, schöner Garten, nette Besitzer, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. in 10 min ist man (zu Fuß) am Meer. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Reisetipps: Viele Museen zur Landung der Alliierten am 6.6.44, auch Ecomusée (Cidreherstellung) Vidre du Lin (Leinenmuseum). Von Granville Ausflug nach Jersey (rechtzeitige Anmeldung)! Preisgünstige bis gehobene Restaurants, Meeresfrüchte und Fisch direkt in der Nähe zu kaufen.

Helles, freundliches und gut ausgestattetes Reihenhaus. Nur ein paar Schritte zum Meer und zum Bistrot. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Gut geeignet für Familien mit mehreren Kindern. Die Haus-Nr. hat allerdings nicht gestimmt, so dass die Suche einige Zeit in Anspruch genommen hat - es ist die 8!

Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert. Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur denken kann. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war die Toilette "unter der Treppe".Da das Bad keine Toilette hatte, mussre man immer nach unten gehen. War aber nur ein klitzekleiner Mangel.Ausserdem waren die Vermieter noch sehr nett. Reisetipps: Mont Saint Michel, Ile de Chausey, Granville, Utah Beach usw.

Unterkunft – ordentlich eingerichtet und sauber.Übergaben bei Ankunft und Abfahrt klappten sehr gut.Endreinigung hatten wir mit den Vermietern (nette Leute übrigens) selbst ausgehandelt.Ohne Französischkenntnisse ist die Verständigung etwas schwieriger.Im Gegensatz zur Beschreibung gab es keinen Sat–Empfang, der Empfang lief über Kabel. Nachteil dabei, aus lizenzrechtlichen Gründen konnte man z.B. nach Beginn der Fußball–WM weder Das Erste noch das ZDF empfangen, ersatzweise SWR und ZDF Info, also keine WM.Da wir nur zu zweit reisten, stand eines der drei Schlafzimmer entgegen der Beschreibung nicht zur Verfügung, es war abgeschlossen. Das hatten wir vorher nirgendwo erlebt.Obwohl nicht abweichend von der Beschreibung aber leichter Minuspunkt gegenüber unseren Vorquartieren: das Doppelbett war nur 1,40 m breit.Wer mit mehr Personen anreist sollte berücksichtigen, daß nur eine Toilette vorhanden ist.Das FH liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und der Strand ist in gut 5 Min. zu erreichen.Die Garage kann als zusätzlicher Stauraum genutzt werden, das Auto steht sehr gut davor, kurze Wege beim Entladen.Preis / Leistung: im Juni i.O., wäre aber in der Saison für uns nix. Reisetipps: In der Nähe (ca. 40 km Umkreis):Abtei Hambye, Abtei de La Lucerne, Burg Pirou, diverse Gärten, Coutances, Granville.Weiter weg (Entfernungen nur als Orientierungswert):Mont–Saint–Michel, 70 km,Saint–Malo (auf der Rückfahrt ebenfalls sehenswert Pointe du Grouin), 115 km,La Hague (empfehlenswert dort in der Nähe der botanische Garten von Vauville).Dies ist nur eine kleine Auswahl.

Ce gîte très bien entretenu est également parfaitement agencé. Il est à 5mn à pied de la grande plage d'Hauteville-sur-mer. Il offre en outre un équipement très complet (jeux de société, vélos, quilles finlandaises, box orange avec Wifi, grill et plancha pour la cuisson sur la terrasse bien protégée du vent et du soleil si besoin...). L'endroit était très calme durant notre semaine du 16 au 23 juillet. A noter également les ventes au détail de moules de bouchot et d'huitres à proximité immédiate, un vrai délice. Les propriétaires sont très avenants et à l'écoute des vacanciers. Parfait pour une famille avec enfants.
