Ground floor: living room, independent kitchen, bathroom (bathtub) with integrated toilet. 1 floor: 3 bedrooms (2 x 1 bed 2 persons / 4 bunk 1 persons). Bathroom (shower) with integrated toilet. Balcony. Private terrace at the cottage. Front of the House possible parking + public parking in close proximity. Nice cottage in a typical residential hameau du Beaufortain. Coquette House village boasting a Southeast exposure and located at 3km of the Hauteluce-Val-Joly/Les Contamines-Monjoie domain and 2km from the binding for seizures. In an unspoilt meadows with beautiful views over the mountains and the Valley. Gite very bright and comfortable with a nice surface to the ground.
