This small Savoyard-style building benefits from an exceptional location, in the chapel district. It is 100 meters from the ski slopes and 200 meters from the ski lifts. The village center and shops are located 600 meters from the building. Surface area : about 33 m² including 1 m² under 1.80 m. Ground floor. Orientation : South. View ski slopes and mountain (Massif du Beaufortain). Living room with bed-settee. Bedroom with double bed. Bedroom with 2 bunk beds.
