"The cabins were very rustic and clean. The cowboys were especially kind and cordial with the children at the petting zoo bringing out food and brushes for the animals. The cowboys did a great job with the s’mores starting the fire and putting out the treats for the kids. The only negative was that the beds were very squeaky. "

"Kathy was a wonderful host. She sent the necessary information prior to arrival - follow her driving instructions!!! She asked if there was anything specific we needed her to provide. Her communication throughout the stay was great. We had a lot of inclement weather, and she checked in on us. There was additional information in a binder inside the rental, which we used to add some stops to our list of adventures. The rental itself was great. It was clean and spacious, with an absolutely amazing view. There was a great coffee spread, and many of the apps on the TV were set up in advance, which I appreciated. The town is so cute. The little businesses nearby had some very nice people working there, and we enjoyed visiting them. We are already plannt to visit the area again next year, and will definitely book if the location is close enough to our stops! "

"I had a reservation here, but the property was completely unlivable. There was no water, no electricity (the inverter had no battery), dirty toilets, no Wi-Fi as advertised, and I couldn’t access the kitchen. On top of that, the host did not pick up any of my calls and did not respond to my messages. I had no choice but to leave and find another place to stay. This was a terrible experience and felt like outright cheating. I do not recommend this place to anyone."
