You will enjoy this house. Very comfortable and pretty. This house is locate in the heart of Hattiesburg. The wrong address is listed so we were roaming around the wrong neighborhood across the highway for 20 minutes. We only found the correct address through a review. It smelled like weed inside the house. No checkout instructions were given so we just left everything as we found it. We messaged the host for instructions and never got a reply. It wasn’t very clean. I took my shoes off for about 15 minutes and the bottom of my feet were black.

Would not recommend

Communication with the property manager was extremely poor. Within 12 hours of booking requested a date change, and the property manager/owner was slow to respond and refused to accommodate any reasonable change. Spend your money elsewhere, there is definitely zero customer service here.

Owner canceled at 4pm check-in

Received a call from property owner 3 days before trip asking if we still needed property, which we did. Owner has other renter currently in it that wanted to stay through our booking. Reassured owner we would be there as we were staying halfway through for the night before heading out the next day for our final dealstination.. I messaged owner at 3:55, 5 mins prior to check in asking for entry code and was told she canceled due to A/C issue.l the night before. We all know she kept the renter she had. Put us in a real bind and scrambling to find lodging with 8 people and a baby in our party. This was the week after Hurricane Ida so rooms were hard to come by and we ended up having to travel 3 more hours just to find a place to stay. I do NOT recommend.

I only had one concern it was advertised as 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath. It’s actually 2 properties and we did not have access to the whole property. Very clean and exactly as pictured. Will rent again.

my experience

very nice space and comfortable space - no washer and dryer for house - and the garage is a separate unit - to which i heard people in the garage space and on back porch which wasn’t convenient
