I liked the newly renovated room/suite with separate shower/bath/toilet; comfy bed; near shopping. Breakfast was typical waffle, etc. one person working the area; the waffle dispenser was "slower that molasses on a cold day"; and staff was friendly.

This is a beautiful property, but rooms are completely filthy. It seems like when you book through third party, they give you an out of service room. My room omegas changed once and second still wasn’t clean. From water stains on walls to dirty floors and floor boards, definitely not worth money. Better off going to Motel 6

Overall, we had a place to sleep. First the good...The bed was comfortable the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property seems to have been "refurbished" but they need to finish. The rooms look worn out and the bathroom was not up to Wyndham/Wingate standards by any means. Staind tile, grout and floors. The kind of stains from years and years of use and not a good job cleaning. The shower was a walk-in shower so there was a drain in the middle of the bathroom, presumably for overflows, that the tile was not done very well around and was essentially a moldy looking drain hole in the center of the bathroom. The floor in the room and in the bathroom were slippery and damp like the humidity in the building is off and everything seemed a little damp, even the top of the desk and table in the room. The breakfast was your usual run of the mill "free" breakfast items, dry eggs, greasy sausages, gelatinous gravy. Nothing special, same you would get at any of the other chain hotels like Holiday inn Express or comfort inn. We've stayed at several Wingate properties, this is probably one of the bottom two or three.

The room was what I reserved and was clean and comfortable but here are a few things I did not like. 1. No ice bucket in the room. 2. No in room coffee maker. 3. No “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. 4. The area to hang clothes is poor design. You can’t even use the hangers provided to hang pants because the closet is not full length. The staff was great and breakfast was good.
