Very clean, light and costal look to the condo. We had no complaints. We bought seafood and prepared it each evening. The kitchen was adequate for us. Comfortable patio. The luggage carts are very welcomed.

Nice unit with a well stocked kitchen, awesome views of the ocean (which was only steps away), and a great location on Hatteras Island. I was there in the off season for a week and it was quiet and peaceful. The bedroom is on the Hwy 12 side and early morning traffic was a problem for me starting around 6 am. I finally decided to sleep on the sofa (not using the pullout) and listen to the ocean instead of traffic noise. I enjoyed watching the ocean and crafting which was my idea of a perfect birthday/retirement celebration!

Great Oceanview Apartment

We were specifically looking for a reasonably priced ocean view apartment for a weeklong vacation. And this one-bedroom Vacasa apartment fit the bill perfectly. The top floor apartment had the best views of the ocean from the back porch while the common front porch afforded beautiful sunset views. The check-in procedure was easy. The apartment was clean and well-appointed with a stocked kitchen and ample linens for the bedroom and bathroom. The community pool being clean and open was another plus point since the website said that they open during the Memorial Day weekend. We also had access to the Community Clubhouse and used the pool table in there on the days when it was too cold to go to the beach. Checkout was quick and easy too. Not having the long laundry list of things to do before checkout, that a lot of other reservations nowadays have, was much appreciated. We would definitely be rebooking this place again in the future.

Nice oceanfront location with good view. Unit was clean. Enjoyed staying here very much, but floor tile has numerous running cracks throughout in the living room/kitchen & bathroom. Needs new floor tile with an isolation membrane to prevent cracking.
