"Staff we’re friendly but seemed like they didn’t really care about my concerns. I had not even 1 towel in my room so no shower, saw two cockroaches in my room , windows did not open , the room smelled horrible. Breakfast was terrible , TV did not work either
I do not recommend this hotel .
I complained and they just shrug there shoulders ."

"As someone who has traveled to more than 30 countries, this is the first time I will write such a comment. The excursion manager of the hotel is an incompatible person named Zizu. He discriminated against us among other guests because we did not participate in the trip he wanted. He scammed us and charged us $20 extra per head.
