• Zion National Park – approx. 1 hour
• Red Canyon Scenic Area – approx. 15 minutes
• Panguitch Lake – approx. 35 minutes
The home includes a private driveway and garage parking, making it convenient for multiple vehicles, trailers, or adventure gear.
Roads are paved and well-maintained year-round. During winter months, snow is possible, so guests should check weather conditions and plan accordingly.
Most guests use the property as a central basecamp to explore multiple parks and return each evening to relax in the hot tub under the stars.
Other Things to Note:
The upper loft area is an open concept and exposes itself to the living room below (please see photos for reference) and is protected by a four foot tall railing.
The turnoff from Highway 89 to access the road to the cabins can come quickly, especially at night in the dark. Please exercise caution on the highway and slow down and signal well before the turnoff, particularly at nighttime. Please also watch for wildlife on the highway. Additionally, there may be wildlife around the property - please enjoy them from afar and leave them alone. Please note that while we are rural, our property is accessible by any vehicle and is not on mountain roads.
Due to the rural location of our property, is it possible, though unlikely, that weather-related power outages may be possible. Please communicate with your hosts if this happens and we will do our best to communicate any updates and offer suggestions.

We stayed at The Cliffs for a few nights during spring break and it was great! House is beautiful with gorgeous views! Location is perfect for exploring both Zion and Bryce. We also did Willis Creek and Kodachrome State Park which were less crowded and just as amazing! Kids lived the hot tub after the long days exploring. Would 100% recommend this house and hope to make it back soon!

Took a weekend trip to Southern Utah. Found this little gem. A modern, comfortable, clean home that is centrally located between Bryce Canyon and Slot Canyon. Perfect place to stay when visiting both places in a few days. The Host was great and accommodating. Highly recommended!
We went in the off season so there weren’t many good places to eat in Hatch but the Bryce Canyon Pines Restaurant (25min away) was awesome!
FABULOUS!!! Everything was very well thought out & the accommodations were very well appointed...comfortable, clean, delightful. Wide range oof expectations & all of them were met. Hosts were extremely helpful with all requests & great recommendations. Wonderful experience.
Beautiful property with amazing views! The house had everything we needed and the host was super responsive. We absolutely loved it and would come back in a heartbeat.
