"No hairdryer in many rooms. No hot water first morning. Second morning no water. Office chair in room had almost no leather coating on it anymore. Difficult getting clean towels when asked. Pool area was under construction or falling apart…unsure which."

"I liked the breakfast. Also the place was clean. However; I arrived at 3pm for my room-it was not ready. The front desk would call me when it was ready. No call-I came back at 3:45pm. Still not ready. My daughter and I had no where to go so we waited in the lobby until it was decided we could get a different room. No discounts-just a different room. Check in is scheduled for 3pm. We were given a room at 4:25pm."

"Beautiful new building, very well finished. Breakfast is hot and delicious, with some good variety. No extra pillows. When the fire alarm sounded, staff did nothing to help guide guests out or get them to leave. People milled around in the hallways then returned to their rooms."
