unpleasant treatment and no promised service
"after a very long drive we have arrive to find out that we were lied about our booking and there is an extra cost for using spa services. it was supposed to be a romantic trip and we drove all the way from Copenhagen to face very rude manager of the hotel and ending up cancelling the stay and destroying ..."

"We have visited Sweden many times over the last 25 years and this is still the best place we have stayed in. "Beautiful property, with an amazing view that made the morning and evening such a calm state. Really enjoyed our time there as it was a surprise weekend trip for my partners birthday, where there was plenty of activities with an amazing nature all around us"
