Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Selve hotel og værelset var vanvittigt smukt. Men kontakten til (jeg tror det var ejeren) var en udfordring. Jeg havde lavet en fejl da jeg bookede - fordi jeg blev smidt af adskillige gange og måtte starte forfra- og kom til at booke for to voksne og to børn alder 0. Men mine børn er teenagere. Jeg undskyldte mange gange (på tysk, i telefonen) og forklarede min fejl. Vi fik lov, nådigst, at blive og rykke sammen i vores kæmpe store lækre værelse. Han kunne ikke nå at rede en ekstra sofa op, men det var så helt ok for os, da vi efter 10 timers kørsel bare ville nyde aftenen og natten. Næste morgen blev jeg bebrejdet for min fejl igen, denne gange ansigt til ansigt, og jeg skulle betale 30 Euro ekstra for at drengene kunne spise morgenmad med os. Vel og mærke var prisen, jeg betalte ved bookingen inklusive morgenmad. Jeg betalte bare for at få ro og vi kunne komme videre. Meget ubehagelig oplevelse, som stadig hænger ved i ferieminderne nu en måned senere.
