Enjoy the sun all day on the property and end the day with a view of the sunset or in front of the fireplace. Your four-legged friend will also feel comfortable in the spacious, fenced property - and otherwise look forward to the next trip to the nearby, very beautiful dog beach. The house is one of the oldest on site (built in 1866) and has been extensively renovated and refurbished in recent years, so that modern comfort and old style elements create a cozy atmosphere.

The holiday home EXTRAZEIT-HOLIDAY is one of the oldest on site (built in 1866) and has been extensively renovated and refurbished in recent years, so that modern comfort and old style elements create a cozy atmosphere. and offers a lot of comfort for up to 4 people. The entire house is at ground level. On 90 square meters there are two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a shower room with toilet, a full bathroom with toilet, a reading / study and another living room with a small kitchenette. The division of the holiday home allows both spacious living for two people as well as comfortable living for three or four with the possibility of separating the areas. A small former stable building offers the possibility to store your bicycles / (e-) bikes. Here you will also find a grill and garden furniture. You can park your car directly on the property right by the house. Partly underfloor heating, double bed (160x200) and French bed (150x200). Due to the age of the house, sometimes lower ceilings.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and departure is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
