"We had a third floor room with a view out onto the park. That was really good. The room is large with large windows. It was also quiet. The digital check-in was difficult because it was geared for German speakers. As an English speaker it was a bit trying. No details were sent on the day of check-in but we eventually figured it out with help from staff online. Otherwise, I liked the proximity to old town and shops."

"This was a great location to attractions and restaurants, nice room, great staff and the price point perfect. The room we selected was very small. There wasn’t enough space for two people to place two medium size rolling suitcases. It would have been helpful to have two folding luggage racks, especially if a couple is traveling together. Typically in the bath/showers there are shampoo/body wash etc. This was not a problem for us, just a difference from other hotels."

The waitress told us that we could only have coffee as the kitchen was closed . I told her that the two ladies on the next table just had cake served to them . She promptly told me that they knew the chef ! Not really acceptable for a 5 star hotel . She said the kitchen was open in half an hour ."

I received clear communication from them until it was shipped out. Room was clean and nice with lovely view of the train station!"
