"Good apartment in a quiet neighborhood that is a beautiful 15-20 min walk to all parts of Interlaken. Great location, surrounded by other chalets with a grocery store and restaurants nearby. Owner was generally quick to respond to a couple questions I had. Super easy to check in (got note saying it was available for earlier check in) and check out. Only caveats I would have is the ceilings/beams, doorways might be a bit low for are a bit low if you are over 6' (or even 5'10") and the larger bed...

"The house had the best views possible. The deck and open living room were where my family wanted to spend mornings having coffee and evenings having a drink. Once you understand the train schedule (they basically run every hour) it’s convenient to all the hotspots you want to visit. We had 5 people and it was very comfortable for all of us."

"It was hard to find at night, even with directions, so I recommend getting there during the day. But once you are there it is heaven. A great starting point for interlacken adventures and a friendly, helpful host."

"You must meet your host for the key, however he does not speak much English so that was a challenge. Be sure to email and call a few days in advance of your arrival to ensure that you can get a hold of someone if you need to communicate in English. Having a washer was great, but clothes must air dry in the lower level. Plan to wash in the evening and hang dry overnight and you'll have guaranteed dried clothes. "Wunderschön gelegenes Haus, ruhige Umgebung, auch bei Regenwetter finden alle (wir waren 12 Personen) ein Plätzchen. Intelligent gebaut und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert!!"
