"This was a perfect location for a family reunion. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate our family. The kitchen was perfect to prepare meals and lots of seating areas. The location was perfect close to beaches, hiking trails , wineries cafés, and a quick drive into Traverse City. The view was spectacular and great communication with management. Overall, a fantastic stay."

"The cabin is listed NEW in its title. It is far from new. Its not a bad cabin if you just want peace and quiet, but know there is not WIFI, TV's or AC. The cabin as a whole was clean but the sofa bed was DISCUSTING!! The lake was very peaceful!!

"My family had a wonderful time at Eric's house in Elk Rapids. The house was very clean, nicely furnished, and well-appointed. I appreciated that there was a fully stocked kitchen (spices, oil, vinegar, etc., plus all the equipment you'd need to cook) and some accessibility measures in place like grab bars in the bathrooms and hallway.
The beds were comfortable and two of the three bedrooms have great lake views to wake up to! We loved having our coffee on the deck in the morning, and got to see some stunning sunsets over the lake at night.
The location was great if you plan to hang at the house a lot, it's also relatively close to downtown Elk Rapids which is cute to walk around. It's about 30 minutes from Traverse City and the peninsula with all the wineries.
Finally, Eric's communication was 10/10. Thanks for making our stay great!"
